Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung beim Abschluss von Aufträgen
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Organisieren der Bürostruktur
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Alle administrativen und organisatorischen Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung des Teams (inkl. Entwicklung von Incentives)
  • Organisation, Vorbereitung und Follow-up von internen und externen Meetings

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine zuverlässig strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Kenntnisse von kollaborativen Arbeits- und Projektmanagement-Tools wie Basecamp und Google Drive sind von Vorteil
  • Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Bürokaufmann /-frau ist ein Plus
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Office Management
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Internship Event Management for VR NOW Con & Awards 2018 and Fachkonferenz from September until November (03.09.- 30.11.2018)

We want you to join our Event Management department and support us on the events “VR NOW Con & Awards” and the “Fachkonferenz Digitale Spielkultur”. From exhibitors to caterers, venues and partners. Events don’t happen by itself. It’s your turn to coordinate, plan and schedule. Join us and create with us our next big events!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Management department
  • Coordinate exhibitors, external service providers and partners
  • Planning, structuring and scheduling the workstations before during and after the event
  • Support during set-up and dismantling of an event

Requirements

  • Practical experience with events
  • Driving licence class B
  • Able to work under pressure, proactive problem solving, reliable
  • Safe handling with MS Office products
  • Very good organization skills and independent way of working
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends
  • High communication skills, ability to work in team, flexibility and resilience as well as confident and obliging appearance
  • Affinity to Games & Tech are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English language
  • Fast learning capabilities regarding new tools and software

Internship for Booster Space 2018 from June until August
(01. Juni – 31. August, duration 3 months)

We are looking for a Team Support who is motivated, interested in team work, event planning, project management, data and communication. With events like #gamesweekberlin, Womenize! Games and Tech, VR NOW Con & Awards, gamescom congress and Intel Buzz Workshop we develop several experiences throughout the year. To prevent things getting messy, office management is key and we want you to support us! Be part of a passionate team, gather useful event management experiences and get insights into the games and VR industry.

Responsibilities

  • Be the right and left hand of our executive team
  • Organize the office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Support the Event Management team regarding logistics
  • Sort and archive documents
  • Maintain and update our contact lists
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google tools and task management software
  • Fast learning capabilities regarding new tools and software
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Internship Communications and Social Media for VR NOW Con & Awards 2018 from September until November (03.09.- 30.11.2018)


You know the drill. Event coming up. People want to know about it. People want to join the fun and be part of the community. But how do we get them to know about it? Ha, we can go viral. Problem: The web is full with content. Going viral is not as easy as in 2008. Still our messages need to stand out. That’s your challenge. Video and visual content meet text and messages. This is especially exciting to execute on #vrnowcon as immersive media are rapidly changing. There are always exciting news to share or interesting topics to discuss. And on top of that, they give you the opportunity to be more creative when it comes to social media content. Together with speakers and guests from all over the world we will once again explore the current and future state of VR, AR, MR and 360° video. We want you to join our team and explore these other realities with us!

Responsibilities

  • Support the Social Media & Communications department
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (announcements, photos, videos, news)
  • Contribute ideas for fresh content and features to develop brand awareness
  • Perform research on trends, audience preferences and competition
  • Oversee and optimize social media accounts’ while ensuring brand consistency

Requirements

  • Practical experience with common social media platforms (esp. Twitter and Facebook)
  • Familiarity with topics like immersive media such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality etc.
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English language
  • Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop is obligatory, experience with other editing software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere) is a nice to have
  • Fast learning capabilities regarding new tools and software

The #gamesweekberlin from April 23–29, 2018, is the leading cross-industry communication and networking platform for games business, development and culture in Europe. Over seven days, the umbrella brand combines multiple events for industry representatives and game enthusiasts alike.   
In 2017 about 15.000 international and German game developers, publishers, investors and multipliers from public institutions and the media industry as well as gamers, families and fans came to Berlin.
